Geethaathma Verses.

Anticipation
In a still pond caressed by a moonlit wisp so faint,
The lily bud gently unfurls ,its palest delicate taint,
Biding its time ,knowing how much it would sustain,
It waits for the eastern sky to light up, without a strain,
It knows no beginning or end,it has nothing to gain,
Its petals may wilt and wither,it will still never feign,
Only to exist, to be anchored, its simple truth so plain,
Unseen ,untouched,unconditional ,never a complaint,
Oh to be as uncomplicated, is it the soul reborn of a saint?
As the new year unfolds, let us all bloom without any constraint,Let us evolve the way we should,to new beginnings acquaint,
Live life to the full, why worry about what is and what ain't?
